Precautions for Pet Room Use

It is difficult for legally dangerous dogs to stay in a hotel. Please use a stroller, cage, or dog carrier sling inside the hotel, excluding guest rooms. UTOPet rooms are located on the 6th floor. UTOPet rooms can accommodate up to 2 dogs under 10 kg, and an additional fee of KRW 30,000 will be incurred for each additional dog. (Additional dog amenities are not provided when an additional dog is added.) Please do not go out and leave your dog alone in the room. Strollers and cages can be rented at the front desk upon check-in on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. You can enjoy breakfast at The Waven Restaurant when using a dog stroller or cage. (No separate dog snacks are provided.) For a safe and comfortable stay, please bring your dog with you at all times.
